Last month our staff members Ferrari and Endo went to visit a RMC company based in Atami City.

This company is managed and owned by a woman.

It is not far from our plant in Izu Nagaoka, about 30/40 minutes by car.

Its name is Inamura RMC.

Recently they entered our GNN Association and are helping us a lot locally, for example when we need to rent a RMC truck for one day or two.

You can see the above blue RMC trucks running in the Atami area.

This plant is in the middle of a residential area.

They've asked us for a solution to solve their remaining/returned concrete problem.

Before moving to our new plant, we were also in the middle of many houses. So we felt in the same position of Inamura RMC. We needed a way to treat our concrete waste that wouldn't generate big noise nor a lot of dust.

As any RMC plant the produce concrete waste everyday.

People living near a concrete plant worries a lot about noises and dust.

We must always hear people's complains and try to do our best to avoid disturbing the neighborhood.

Inamura RMC has always lived together with the neighbors in a very good relationship.

The trial has been carried by using the RMC truck to transform returned concrete into IWA aggregates.

We, as RMC factories, are supposed to handle and do something about our remaining/returned concrete.

We have to do it in a way that doesn't bother who lives around us.

We are here to help all the Japanese plants to become able to do it.

This time we came to help Inamura RMC, a plant that is in a very good relationship with the people living nearby.

We'd like to take it as a model for the other RMC plants.
