On July 1st a new project will start in Kyoto.

Takaragaike Concrete's subsidiary JIGSAW, a company that has been created to focus on the treatment of Takaragaike's concrete waste (returned/remaining concrete and sludge), will be taken as a model also by Ujigawa RMC.

They will definitely save money and create a new profit, comparing to the renovation of their filter press system.

They have a large space to stock the obtained granular material, now used to contain a large amount of concrete waste, before its disposal.

They will have to prepare a new slit tank system, on the model of our "NR pool/slit" system.

The plan is to make a 3-months trial and then start officially from October this year.

It will be a new branch of their company, operated by JIGSAW, and dedicated to the treatment of concrete waste.

The truck mixers will just throw away their waste into the pool and slit tank.

Then JIGSAW will do the work.

JIGSAW will then sell the obtained recycled material, as recycled aggregates.

This will become a service provided also for other plants interested into it.

For example, if a plant spends 1.000.000 a month to dispose its waste, it is offered a reduction down to 500.000 (50% cut).

This means 6.000.000 cut per year.

It has already been achieved at Takaragaike RMC and can definitely be replied in many other companies.

No more need for filter press.

It is the new era of smart and efficient RMC plants!

Let's reply many "JIGSAWs" all over Japan!

Another good day with concrete.
