After the concrete placement, most of the times a small amount of concrete remains unused.

In this case the rules are not clear nor undeveloped.

Every private company has to find a solution to treat this waste and now I will introduce you some of the products that have been released up to now.

TERA is a product that is being sold by the Japanese Concrete Pumping Association.

It is a technology that allows to treat the remaining concrete directly into the pump machine's hopper.

The maker's name is Takecite: https://www.takecite.technology/

The price can be asked directly to the Concrete Pumping Association.

Then there is a product named Zankon Buster, where zankon stays for remaining concrete.

It can be find for sale on the above page.

The name of the seller is Kawabata Kogyo, a pump machine's company based in the Fukui Prefecture.

Same as TERA, it can treat remaining concrete directly into the hopper.

The price is about 4000 yen per treatment.

You can also check it directly on the Kawabata Kogyo's webpage: http://www.kawabata-cp.com/

The product above, Celldrone, commercialized by Tokyo's Growth Partners, allows to treat remaining concrete outside the hopper, after it has been discharged onto the ground.

It is based on the concept of absorbing the water contained in the concrete, but without any chemical water absorbant. It is made of cellulose fine powder.

Depending on the concrete amount, the cost ranges between 500 and 3000 yen per treatment.

Below, another technology that is now spreading not only in Japan, but all over the world.

As you already know, RMC Portal, GNN and NR had started the IWA/Re-Con Zero project about 8 years ago.

Re-Con Zero PUMP, in the same line of Re-Con Zero EVO, is dedicated to the treatment of remaining concrete into the pump machine's hopper.

It has been developed in the Mapei's facilities upon request of Kawabata Kogyo about two years ago.

Same as TERA and Zankon Buster, it can treat the remaining concrete directly inside the hopper.

On sale in water soluble plastic bags, its cost is about 1000 yen per treatment.

We are planning to start a project that will involve all the related parties (RMC plants, General Contractors, dealers, etc.), to enable everyone to find and use the best solution that will fit their needs.

Please contact us at NR and RMC Portal for more detailed info.

We hope to create a big project where we can share info and solutions with all the above mentioned parties.

Our goal is to make everyone happy, finding and introducting valuable solutins and helping to finally eliminate the remaining/returned concrete problem from the construction field.
